Congratulation to Robin and all the Cocoa producers of Kongo for this nearly finished post harvest cocoa center!

This infrastucture covering a total of 1500m² will be launch this week and allow the fermentation and drying of 800 kg of beans weekly.

This years, we expect the production of 15 tons of quality beans for delivery in Europe at the beginning of next year.

We would like to thank our partners Pallisco, Cercle du Cacao and François Deremiens for providing required wood and technical plans respectively.

Good luck to this young and dynamic teams of producers for the coming month of hard work and stay tuned, a big surprise is coming in a few weeks for the bean processing…
